The site is not to be used as a ‘by-pass’ mechanism for the existing internal complaints procedure. Links to LBH’ s internal complaints procedure are present on the site.

The site is not intended as a mechanism by which to assume immediate access to council staff, although pages will be checked regularly. Responses to direct questions should be expected by 10 working days in alignment with corporate/customer services complaints policy.

The views posted on Hounslow Talks (the website) are not necessarily those of the Council and its representatives and the fact that comments are posted on the website does not constitute an endorsement by the Council. Users should comply with the Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines and become aware of what these mean. We will remove the comments or may even ban users who are in persistent breach of the rules.
